We have an exciting opportunity for a Business and Performance Manager to join our Healthcare team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B Prison located in Oxfordshire.
HMP Bullingdon is a male local resettlement prison with a capacity for 1100 inmates. We are recruiting for a Business and Performance Manager to support the Healthcare Team.
Monday - Friday
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £44183 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course

As a Business and Performance Manager, your responsibilities will vary. Ensuring data is accurate and high quality for internal and external reporting requirements.
You will be responsible for managing effective, patient centred, clinical administration processes and leading the administration team to ensure smooth day to day running of the service.
Having oversight and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all patient data.
Provide quality data submissions in a timely manner for internal and external reporting requirements.

Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent grade C or above
NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience interpreting and analysing complex data sets
Experience of data quality and experience developing data quality
