About the Company: Our client, a leading M&Eprovider, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their dedicated team on one of their healthcare contracts. The organization prides itself on delivering facilities services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to the smooth operation of their state-of-the-art facilities.
Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks across the healthcare facility, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
* Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults in building systems and equipment.
* Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on the status of equipment and systems.
* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and manage the resolution process efficiently.
* Support project work, including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
1-2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance.
* A relevant qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning, or Plumbing (City & Guilds, NVQ, HND, or Degree).
* Experience with relevant building systems (HVAC, Lighting, Alarm Systems, Plant room etc...)
