Due to growth, this leading special purpose machinery manufacturer in the Greater Manchester area are looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to work on the full lifecycle of CAPEX projects.
Covering UK & Europe, the successful Technical Sales Engineer will be tasked with selling machine systems to a variety of markets. You will be the key contact for sales proposals and will work to develop complex technical solutions and take them through the full lifecycle whilst maximising the sales opportunities. The role will be a rough split of 60% account management and 40% business development.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a truly fantastic company with an excellent product range, culture and benefits package. For the right candidate they are also offering clear progression into Sales Management along with an excellent package + benefits.

The role will suit a dynamic Engineer working in the machinery manufacturing sector who is looking to step into a Sales role or an experienced Machinery Sales Engineer who is looking to take their career to the next level

Technical Sales Engineer requirements:
Degree / Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing (or similar)
Strong engineering background relating to Special Purpose Machinery (or similar)
Flexible to travel across the UK & Europe (usually twice a month)
Technical Sales experience (highly desirable)
