Working directly with the senior leadership team this role would involve creating and streamlining strategic product marketing plans, leading cross-functional co-operation and driving a consumer first vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for launching new products and features across the company's portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Product, Design, CRM, Growth, PR, Branding, and others to define and roll out strategic go-to-market plans
  • Ensure successful market introductions by aligning positioning, messaging, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer engagement efforts for cohesive and impactful launches
  • Drive in depth market research and formulate a keen understanding of the market alongside the User Research Team
  • Team management and development; coach and develop the team through product market principles and progression

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years D2C product marketing experience, preferably recent experience within the healthtech space
  • MBA prefered
  • Consumer driven; experience gathering market research and driving product roadmaps and market launchs accordingly
  • 6+ years experience leading teams and working closely with C-Suite
