As a Policy Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the policies that drive our mission and ensure we’re ready for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
Research, develop, and review policies that align with our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Write clear, evidence-based policy briefings that inform decision-making at every level.
Manage the policy framework and ensure governance processes are followed.
Influence positively across the organisation and externally, building strong relationships.

The spot salary for the Policy Advisor post is £44,189 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Proven experience in policy development, research, and analysis, preferably within the housing sector.
Strong understanding of housing legislation, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable policies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Policy Advisor Interviews
Planned date: 22nd December at our Bradford office.
