For our UK Branch we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who will follow the UK market to join our sales team. Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives, and qualify them as sales opportunities
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our software solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the value propositions to potential customers
Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification

Native English speaker
~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
~1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology industry. We also open to consider recent graduates that have completed an MBA or attended a prestigious University and are interested in pursuing a career in sales
~ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
~ Knowledge of Italian and a third language is a plus
~ Familiarity with social selling techniques and digital marketing tools is a plus
