About the Role: Key Account Manager Location: An integral part of our team, the Key Account Manager is entrusted with nurturing relationships across a diverse range of customers, from Primary business owners to Optometrists and Optical staff across major key accounts and independents. Through an exceptional training programme, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of products and services, enabling you to become a genuine brand advocate.

As a Key account manager, your role goes beyond sales; Crafting strategic approaches, analysing sales data, championing novel products, and actively innovating while training and educating optometrists are all integral components of this multifaceted position.

Drive towards and surpass agreed-upon objectives and sales targets.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective territory plans, leveraging marketing initiatives and product launches to maximise impact.
Maintain meticulous territory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within our CRM systems.
Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers through regular interactions, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Education and Training: Provide guidance, education, and training to optometrists, supporting their professional development and enhancing their clinical offering.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license with no more than three points.
Competency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with CRM systems.
