About the Project: Total Padel UK is leading the way in introducing Padel, a dynamic sport combining elements of tennis and squash, to the UK. Our mission is to create state-of-the-art Padel courts and facilities that not only meet the highest standards of design and functionality but also inspire communities to embrace this exciting new sport.

We are seeking an experienced Design-Build Contractor or Construction Project Manager to lead the design and construction of a new sports facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from concept to completion, including drafting architectural plans, selecting and purchasing materials, hiring and managing construction crews, and ensuring the project adheres to all relevant regulations and standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in designing sports facilities or similar projects.
  • A creative and innovative approach to architectural rendering - 3D (physical or virtual) architectural rendering
  • Ability to collaborate closely with our team to tailor designs to specific client needs.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.

  • Proven experience in designing and building sports facilities.

  • Ability to manage the entire project lifecycle.
  • Licensed architect with construction management experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed architect or similar qualification in construction management.
  • Experience in sports infrastructure projects (e.g., stadiums, gyms, arenas).
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting and timeline management.
