Manage the development of your teams’ skills, training and continuous improvement as part of their personal development plan and implement appropriate training of staff on or off site to ensure that the highest degree of skill and safety within the company
Ensure that all software and machines have maintenance contracts where required and that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards to ensure the highest efficiency of work output.
Manage and improve a quality of service and standard continually by using systems in place and adding wherever necessary amendments to prevent errors as part of a process of continuous improvements within any frameworks set out by the company.
Oversee and report on the financial health, cash flow, debtors and creditors to the Directors ensuring that the business is profitable and meeting agreed budgets.
Oversee the management of customer’s work from receipt of artwork and instruction from Client services to the delivery of goods through to production finishing to the highest level of quality and due attention.
To have regular and recorded review meetings with these suppliers and to seek improvements from them in terms of efficiency and quality.
