Immersum is supporting the growth of an AI SaaS business who are award winning leaders in their field. They are looking to bring on a Regional Sales Director to work alongside the CEO taking ownership of a team of AE's, double the size of this team by the end of FY24 and to potentially take ownership of the established BD team as well.

The Role:

You are a Sales Director who leads with inspiration and creativity to ignite your Account Executive (AE) team. This isn't just about managing; it’s about energising a team, driving ARR growth, and cultivating the next wave of sales leaders. Key Responsibilities:

As our Mid-Enterprise Regional Sales Director, you’ll be the guiding north star for the AE team, mentoring and motivating them to smash their quarterly targets and climb the ladder to an Enterprise AE.

You’ll be the mastermind behind fine-tuning and enhancing our sales processes, constantly improving GTM strategy with a focus on new business. Plus, you’ll get to revamp and elevate the onboarding academy, ensuring their sales development programme creates top future talent for the AE team. Your mission? Grow this vibrant team from 3 to 6 AEs by the end of FY24. Ready to have fun and make a difference?
