DNCG are looking to recruit lecturer in Fabrication & Welding to challenge and inspire the next generation of engineers.

If you have an Engineering background, whether practical or academic, and would relish a new challenge working in our state-of-the-art Engineering Department, then we want to hear from you

The purpose of the role is to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experience to a cohort of engineering students. You will work alongside our Lead Practitioners to develop and deliver outstanding teaching and learning, embracing, and implementing new technologies into programmes of study.

You will build relationships both across the group and externally with industry partners to further enhance the teaching and learning experience and encourage progression into industry.

DNCG offer development and progression opportunities to actively support our team, providing you the platform and resources to maintain currency in industry knowledge.

We are looking to diversify the experience of our DNCG teaching associates, we value both industry and academic experience - did you know that you could work as a Lecturer while being supported through your teaching qualifications? Making the transition from industry to education is a seamless transition and something that we can support you with, we offer a Let’s teach programme Trade to teach and mentor support with a reduced timetable.
