You will carry the complete accountability for designated learners to guarantee their retention, advancement, and success.

Your role will encompass imparting foundational knowledge and mentorship, designing learning schemes and work plans where applicable.

Within your duties, you will engage with cohorts of engineering enthusiasts, providing practical guidance within the specialized fabrication and welding workshops. Besides the hands-on training, you will be tasked with offering theoretical teachings in a classroom environment. These might cover topics like Health & Safety, Material Science, Fabrication Techniques, Welding Techniques, to enhance learners' understanding and adeptness.

Under the supervision of the curriculum lead, your duties will involve:

  • Preparation and delivery of course content across multiple programs
  • Conducting various lecturing tasks linked to classroom instruction, tutorials, assessments, adult programs, and student placements as needed.
  • Overseeing tutorial obligations and supporting an effective counseling service for students on academic, non-academic, and welfare matters when required.
  • Establishing connections with parents/guardians, schools, and employers as needed.
  • Collaborating within one or more course teams and administering specific courses or subjects wherever required.
  • Engaging in curriculum enhancement initiatives
