Manage a portfolio of existing UK & US accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. (including marketplace accounts).
Oversee the sales process from inquiry to delivery, including commercial proposal, pitch and negotiations
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
Collaborate and support GLB field sales resources.
Utilise our CRM tool to manage workloads, track sales and generate reports.
Proven experience as an Account Manager
Strong track record of growing sales and managing key accounts.
Experience with CRM systems and database management.
Familiarity with the student accommodation, build-to-rent, and social care markets is a plus.
