Private Client Legal Secretary

JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across Essex. Due to continued growth my client is recruiting for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary for their Brentwood office.

As a Private Client Legal Secretary you will provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.

Providing typing and administration support to one or more lawyers

* Audio typing (BigHand)

* Typing of legal documents, Wills, LPA’s, Estate Accounts

* Booking events, training etc

* Ideally you will possess recent Private Client Experience, although those candidates with experience in other area’s of law will also be considered

* Experience with all Microsoft Office packages , excellent Audio Typing skills

* 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

* Pension

* Private Health

* Friendly office environment
