We are looking to recruit an Account Handler to join our encouraging and ambitious Leisure team out of our Gloucester office
Our commercial Leisure team is composed of tight-knit, supportive, and vibrant like-minded individuals who aim to make a difference in client servicing.
As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting your peers to meet client demands, achieve both renewal retention and growth rates, and work closely with Regional Account Managers.
We are happy to consider candidates with strong Personal Lines experience for the role, with full training provided.
Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently
Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Process mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and policy endorsements as required
Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies
Provide support to the Account Executives and other team members as needed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
