 Ready for a new challenge? Join a leading independent HR consultancy in a lead role to shape the future of our team and delivery to our clients. An opportunity has arisen to join our team in a senior role delivering HR consultancy to our retained and project-based clients, mentoring and developing our HR consultants, and growing our business.

The role is hybrid, working remotely, on site with clients and in our offices (Glasgow and Edinburgh) providing a strong personal presence to clients, team and contacts. We are looking for someone who has proven HR consultancy experience and practice at a senior level, is strong at building relationships, developing new ideas and thrives in a commercial environment. There is room for growth in this role.

It is a full-time role and we are open to flexible working arrangements, however the expectation is that at least 2 days per week are not remote and access to the Glasgow office would be an advantage.
