Manage and supervise projects from initiation to completion, including resource planning and client communication.
Provide strategic and technical guidance on eDiscovery and review services, with expertise in Relativity platform implementation.
Ensure data security protocols are followed and commercial disciplines such as time recording and billing are maintained.
Act as a point of escalation for service issues and complaints, working with management to resolve concerns.
Lead and develop team members in line with firm needs, conducting performance reviews and fostering innovation.
Proven experience managing and administering a Relativity instance within a legal or eDiscovery environment.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex eDiscovery projects end-to-end, including use of TAR, GenAI, and Early Case Assessment tools.
This role can be based in our London offices, with a hybrid working model available.
