This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Consultancy firm, going through continuous growth, as a Finance Manager / Business Partner. The objective of the role is to drive the performance of the division, ensure the delivery of its targets (profit, cash, budget etc.) and to partner with key stakeholders, sharing key information to make decisions.

Your new role

As the successful candidate, your duties will include:

  • Producing divisional management accounts
  • Analysing key factors (costs, fees, margins etc.) and performance vs business objectives
  • Adding commentary on key trends/variations to target or forecast for each the division
  • Providing reports and information to stakeholders, attending monthly meetings and making recommendations
  • Managing monthly accrued revenue and debtor reviews with different sites
  • Supporting the production of forecasts and annual models
  • Assist in ensuring the division complies with the regulatory framework
  • Assist local offices to resolve issues/queries
  • Support the training and development of the team

What you'll need to succeed

To be the successful candidate, you will need to have / be:

  • Ideally qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or an active studier
  • Management Accounting experience
  • Team management is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
