Our client is a versatile residential developer and main contractor renowned for their innovative developments across the North West and North Wales. With a stellar reputation for top-tier residential projects, they are recognized for delivering exceptional quality and distinction.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects and tenders with a proactive approach. Your responsibilities include overseeing project progress, ensuring adherence to financial and contractual requirements, and providing commercial assistance to contribute to the growth of our commercial department. You'll maintain vigilant oversight of operations teams, develop subcontractor relationships, and implement financial control systems.

You'll manage projects up to £15m in value, with experience in timber frame housebuilding preferred but not essential. The role involves covering two upcoming sites with a mix of housing/flats, each with a maximum of 25 units with numerous sites in the pipeline over the next 5-7 years.

We offer a highly competitive salary and package ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, inclusive of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, car allowance, and business mileage with a fuel card.

Office-based role with site visits as required.

Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm, with an earlier finish on a Friday
