Regional Teams Manager Wythenshawe, Manchester Instrumentation / Process Engineering / Automation Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for developing teams and making a real impact? Endress+Hauser are searching for four Regional Managers to drive growth, lead high-performing teams, and shape regional sales strategy across our organisation. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to blend commercial leadership with people management. As a Regional Manager, you’ll spearhead sales performance in your region, guide a team of Internal Sales Engineers, and coordinate cross-functional specialists in Solutions, Marketing, Service, Sales, and our Customer Specialist Team. While you won’t have direct line management of all regional specialists, you’ll be the heartbeat of your region—leading, communicating, and ensuring everyone is aligned and engaged with our strategic vision. What You’ll Do Drive monthly and quarterly sales performance in your region Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Service, and Solutions to deliver outstanding results Monitor pipeline health and ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity qualification Champion CRM systems and maintain top-quality data Lead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional teams for high-quality customer outcomes Organise impactful meetings, workshops, and problem-solving sessions Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and accountability Coach and develop Internal Sales Engineers, supporting their career growth and wellbeing Act as the first point of escalation for technical and customer issues Engage proactively with customers, tailoring solutions to their needs and setting us apart from competitors Who We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales leadership, ideally in an engineering environment Experience leading and developing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills Willingness to work towards a Level 4 Sales Professional Diploma (fully funded by us) Strong Organisational insight, product expertise, and market awareness Excellent commercial acumen and digital fluency (Salesforce/SAP experience a plus) Resourceful, collaborative, and skilled at working cross-functionally Proactive, ethical, and resilient—ready to lead by example and drive engagement across teams Desirable Experience Background in instrumentation or automation Sector-specific product knowledge What we offer The stability of working for a global, family-owned leader in measurement instrumentation.
