Assistant Personal Trainer

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000 to £30,000

Background

Due to a period of rapid growth our client is looking to employ a Junior/Assistant Personal Trainer to join the team. This position is a full time role requiring the right candidate to be available for; early mornings, evening and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver group coaching sessions
  • Consistently execute all coaching and internal SOPs to a high standard
  • Build relationships with and deliver ongoing coaching, support and guidance to clients
  • Attend weekly Team Development meetings
  • Be aware of (and report) emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients
  • Document client results
  • Ensure the facility is always cleaned to a high standard
  • Deal with customer service issues
  • Execute all conversion / sales SOPs accurately and in a timely fashion

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer or above
  • At least 1 years experience working within a group training environment
  • Sales Experiences
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • An excellent understanding of Strength and Conditioning
  • Excellent and confident communicator
