The Health & Safety Advisor will play a key role in maintaining and improving safety standards within the EFW environment. This role is based in Lanark and requires expertise in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across the site.
Provide guidance and training to staff on health and safety practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
Collaborate with management to foster a culture of safety within the organisation.
Prepare and present reports on health and safety performance to key stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in health and safety management.
Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £46,000 per annum.
Permanent position within a reputable organisation.
