Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of Botwa, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.
Brand Standards Maintain and uphold Botwas brand standards, ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Customer Service Deliver a 5-star experience with exceptional customer service to every guest.
Team Recruitment Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members who share our passion.
Training and Development Train and develop team members to ensure continuous growth and excellence.
Scheduling Generate and review restaurant schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels in accordance with labour costs.
Cost Control Monitor and control daily food costs, maintaining profitability.
Financial Analysis Review and analyse financial data weekly, taking necessary actions to increase sales and profits.
Inventory Management Undertake ordering and inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels without overstocking.
Ideal Candidate
Experience Proven experience managing a successful and profitable restaurant.
Leadership Skills Demonstrable management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Passion for Hospitality Passionate about people and delivering exceptional service.
Excellent Communication Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
