The Role This is a varied and hands-on role, for a marketer with a solid grounding in digital and content marketing who is ready to take the next step. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan, deliver, and optimise a wide range of marketing activities that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Create, edit and publish engaging content for web, email, and social media platforms. Manage and optimise LinkedIn activity (organic and paid) to grow reach, engagement, and conversions. Support the setup, optimisation, and reporting of Google Ads and retargeting campaigns. Coordinate marketing activity for webinars, events and campaigns — including promotion, logistics, and follow-up. Manage and update website content and optimise pages for SEO and conversion. Support email marketing activity — from list management and segmentation to campaign creation and performance tracking. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, etc.) to deliver high-quality marketing materials. Assist with brand consistency across all channels and materials. Keep up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our approach. About You You’re a creative, analytical, and results-driven marketer with a passion for digital channels and performance marketing. You’ll bring: At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or professional services. Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail. Experience with content creation and social media management Familiarity with email marketing tools and website CMS platforms (e.g. HubSpot) Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to inform content, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Familiarity with Google Ads and paid social platforms. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn. The location: The role is ideally based at our Cardiff Hub on a hybrid basis, but we would consider remote working.
