The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling surgical endoscopy products across the East of England , building relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting strategic sales objectives. This is a clinically focused, patient-centric role , where success is measured not just by sales, but by the positive impact on patient care. The ideal candidate enjoys taking ownership of their work, solving problems, and delivering results in a dynamic, healthcare-focused environment. Key Purpose The main purpose of this role is to drive business growth by promoting and selling surgical endoscopy products to healthcare providers across the East of England, while maintaining the highest standards of clinical support and professional integrity. The role is central to achieving commercial targets and ensuring healthcare professionals have the knowledge and guidance they need to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Offer clinical support and guidance within theatre environments. Promote and sell surgical endoscopy products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the East of England. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals as required. Key Requirements Strong patient-centric focus, with the ability to combine clinical knowledge with commercial insight. Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within surgical or endoscopy products. If not from sales, we would consider candidates with clinical experience looking to move into a sales role. Must live in the East of England. Full driving licence.
