Key Responsibilities Case Management: Manage a caseload of young people involved with the youth justice system, providing tailored support and intervention plans. Assessment and Planning: Conduct detailed assessments of young people's needs, risks, and strengths to develop effective intervention plans. Intervention: Deliver and coordinate evidence-based interventions aimed at reducing reoffending and promoting positive behavior change. Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals, including police, probation officers, social workers, and educational providers, to coordinate comprehensive support for young people. Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of young people, adjusting intervention plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Advocacy: Advocate for the needs and rights of young people within the justice system, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
