Workday Security Lead

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain role-based security access.
  • Conduct smoke testing for access requests and toxic combinations.
  • Perform regular security audits and assess regulatory and audit requests.
  • Investigate security issues in collaboration with Information Security and other stakeholders.
  • Advise the business on Workday security best practices.
  • Review and assess feature releases to ensure ongoing compliance and security.
  • Work closely with integration leads and other Workday support teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing Workday security across modules.
  • Strong understanding of role-based access and security configuration.
  • Analytical mindset for conducting audits and investigations.
  • Ability to assess and implement best practices in a regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
