Territory Manager – UK (Agriculture)
To strengthen our position in the UK agricultural market , we are looking for a Territory Manager with expertise in used agricultural machinery. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the agriculture equipment business, a strong existing network, and a hunger to grow.
As Territory Manager, you will offer tailored solutions to prospects and customers for selling used agricultural equipment principally by unreserved auction. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using market data and pricing insights to guide clients toward the best disposition strategy—whether through auction but also Marketplace-E (Negotiated Sale), or listing. You’ll build long-term relationships, understand customer needs, and adapt solutions to create recurring business. Your goal-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit will help you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Growing sales through new business development and recurring customer relationships
Coordinating with the “Win Team” to ensure seamless execution of sales, including support from operations, administration, valuations, and field marketing
Existing network in the Italian agricultural sector
Fluency in English
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
