Our client is an acclaimed medical device organisation known for its unique and innovative products for use within Cardiology and Peripheral Intervention. With a supporting world class education programme, this role involves working with key opinion leaders to communicate new ideas and technologies. Providing highly informative, educational programmes to support both products and associated procedures. Our client seeks a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager for Scotland and Northeast England, responsible for their portfolio of Cardiology Products. Inheriting an established territory you will be at the forefront of maintaining accounts, driving sales revenue, profitability, and market share growth. Engaging in commercial interactions, providing top-notch clinical and educational support, and nurturing long-term partnerships with your customer base. Role Maintain a presence on the territory and create and sustain customer relationships. Stay up to date with trends in heart disease/and or endovascular therapies. To be conversant in, and able to effectively communicate the rationale of using their products within the medical application to which targeted. Identify opportunities and threats, including competitors’ strategies. Maintain complete records and activity reports on a regular basis. Identify best commercial sales opportunities for products and education. Take personal responsibility to maximise own learning from product training sessions. Key Competencies Technically competent in the clinical area of employment - Interventional Cardiology or related fields. Strong communicator, interpersonal skills with a versatile communication style, negotiate and persuade. Numeric skills and IT competence Diligent and trustworthy Strong organisational and analytical skills Driving License – Must reside on Territory.
