This role will see you joining a collaborative studio that offers a great work-life balance and incredible projects, you will be working on super prime residential projects in London and Italy

Established in 2009, our client is looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their growing team to work on super prime residential projects in London and Italy.
This a great opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join an aspirational practice that will offer support with career development.

Develop concept designs and prepare concept design presentations at all stages of the project following directive of the job runner architect and Director
Develop and coordinate statutory approval information including planning and building control compliance
Coordinate and communicate with the project design team including external consultants
Proven experience working on high-end residential projects
~ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch up
~ Excellent English, both written and verbal
~ Flexible/hybrid working, 3 days per week are required in the office
~ Flexible start times for childcare commitments
~ Support and development opportunities
~ Office hours are 9am to 5pm
~21 days annual leave + bank holidays + additional Christmas closure
~ Discretionary annual bonus based on company performance
~ Option for international remote work annually.
