It requires a special kind of Production Manager, one that is empathetic, can engage, onboard and bring them along on a journey to a new, automated future.

This is your opportunity as Production Shift Manager to take a fantastic, skilled team through an enormous period of capital investment and shape the shift ready for the completion of the project in the next 12-18 months.

You’ll need a calm and level head as you bring structure and guidance to the team, supporting on the project whilst still delivering daily production.

You’ll be responsible for a team of roughly 20-30 production staff as well as FLT Drivers and Engineers.

As you start to meet different members of the team, you will realise that a lot have developed internally, including the Operations Manager who started off as a Production Shift Manager before quickly progressing.

You will need to have experience as a Production Manager / Production Shift Manager in Food Manufacturing, Automotive, or Pharma – this is non-negotiable.
