As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for efficiently working on a production line, setting up and operating plastic injection moulding machines, and meeting set production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plastic injection moulding machines to produce high-quality products
  • Conduct visual quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and operate machinery, with a willingness to learn and progress within the company
  • Availability to commit to a designated shift pattern, with a minimum of 39 hours per week
  • Ability to thrive under tight targets and deadlines, with a focus on quality and productivity

Shift Patterns:

We offer two shift patterns to suit different preferences:

2 Shift Hours:

  • Dayshift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
  • Late shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:15 am; Friday, 3:30 pm to 11:45 pm
  • Overtime of one hour may be required after each shift, potentially ending work at 1:15 am on late shifts

3 Shift Hours:

  • Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
  • Days: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:10 pm
  • Lates: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 11:50 pm
