Event Producer - Touring Activations
We pride ourselves on delivering innovative and immersive experiences at conferences, trade shows, and private events worldwide. With our cutting-edge technology and creative approach, we aim to revolutionise the entertainment industry one event at a time.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our touring activations, ensuring flawless delivery and exceptional customer experiences. From concept development to on-site management, the Event Producer will oversee all aspects of our events, leveraging their project management skills and industry expertise to drive success.

Lead the planning and execution of touring activations, managing all aspects of event logistics, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment on event objectives and deliverables.
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure smooth event delivery.
Oversee the production of event materials, including signage, branding, and promotional collateral, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
Provide on-site management and support during events, overseeing set-up, operations, and breakdown to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback and insights to inform future event planning and strategy.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in event production, with a proven track record of delivering successful activations and touring events.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in managing touring activations or similar mobile events, including logistics planning, venue coordination, and on-site management.
Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to planning and execution, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all event deliverables.
Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to travel as required.

Compensation:
~£30-£40k depending on experience


Hybrid - London (Shoreditch) + Remote
