City & Guilds or equivalent Mechanical/Electrical.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and FANUC control systems.

- Maintenance/Repair Industrial Boilers: 5 years experience
My Client is in the FMCG space and are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team. You will be working a 3 rotational shift system (1 night in 5). As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment in a food manufacturing environment. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency in a food manufacturing environment.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and repairing equipment.

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices.
