An innovative food brand is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing on a new product launch.
A growing food brand stocked in major grocery retailers and independent stores. They are about to launch a new product line and have created a new position for a Digital Marketing Manager to work on this new brand and range. The team is outgoing, the opposite of corporate, and is based in a rural office between York and Hull - offering a breath of fresh air and an environment free from office politics or red tape found in larger corporate businesses.
You'll be responsible for working alongside the Head of Marketing to create and deliver the digital marketing plan across various channels, including website, social media, campaigns, PR, and promotional activities.
# Running social media plans and managing content creation working with external agencies.
# Working with outsourced agencies for content production, including videos, articles, and social posts.
# Producing regular digital marketing reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of activity across social media, email, and website using Google Analytics and other sources. Presenting key findings and learnings to the Head of Marketing.
# To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrable experience in either a retailer/consumer brand/FMCG brand/food producer/or B2C marketing role. This could either be as a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, or similar titles in Marketing. Due to their rural location, you will need access to a car.
An ideal opportunity to work on a blank slate where you can make your mark on a new product launch and work closely with a Head of Marketing who will support you to work with autonomy and trust. A rural office in a beautiful location. The role can be flexible, so the salary is dependent on experience with flexible start/finish times and free parking.
