FREELANCER OPPORTUNITY: RETAIL MEDIA SPECIALIST Ready to hit the ground running with high-profile, high-impact accounts? Let’s talk. We are seeking an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial freelancer who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. This is an exciting opportunity to embed yourself in a young and vibrant agency team working on multi-million-dollar retail media accounts with some of the biggest names in the industry. You won’t be just another freelancer—you’ll be a key player driving strategic initiatives, campaign execution, and measurable results from Day 1. Pre-Requisites for the Role: Minimum 5 years' experience in retail media and/or agency environments 2+ years hands-on with platforms like Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, or Criteo Proven track record managing large-scale accounts within an agency context Deep understanding of search and Amazon Advertising strategy , including: Attribution models Conversion rate optimization Retail readiness Consumer behaviour insights Experience across broader digital media channels Excellent communicator and presenter—confident with both internal teams and senior clients Experience leading teams or managing direct reports Strategic thinker who can shape and drive innovation roadmaps Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for performance analysis and storytelling Bonus points for certifications in: Amazon Advertising Foundations Sponsored Ads Foundations Amazon Vendor Central Amazon Brand Analytics Amazon DSP Epsilon RM / Criteo or other retailer-specific platforms Why Join Us (Even as a Freelancer)?
