Job Title: Shipping and Orders Coordinator Location: Crawley, UK (on-site, full-time)
Business Hours: Monday–Friday; The Shipping and Orders Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of customer orders, dispatch, and all aspects of order fulfillment for aviation parts within the Crawley warehouse. This position plays a critical role in maintaining seamless order flow, shipping and will support in receiving activities. Upholding the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. Monitoring, expediting and supporting global sales orders. 
Liaising with Freight forwarders to ensure best price and service levels for shipments.
Ensure all outgoing shipments are prepared in accordance with company quality standards and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with other team members including sales, repairs and purchasing to prioritize order fulfillment, resolve order issues, and meet performance targets.
Proactively escalate any order discrepancies, shipping problems, or quality concerns to management for timely resolution.
Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scissor lifts as needed (training provided if required).
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with company policies and safety regulations.
Assist with inventory counts and help monitor stock levels to ensure product availability for incoming orders.
Experience in warehouse shipping and customs processes, and/or order processing roles; aviation industry background is an advantage.
Goods Inspection is an advantage (although training can be given)
Dangerous Goods knowledge/qualifications are an advantage, although training can be given.
Proficient in using Google Workspace, Avsight an advantage but training will be given. 
Willingness to adapt to varying warehouse and order processing tasks as required.

Regular use of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts; training provided if needed).

Full-time, onsite position based in Crawley.
Salary £32k to £38k depending on experience.
