My client , a leading firm in the Insurance industry, is seeking a highly motivated and growth-oriented Motor Claims Adjuster to join their team. Upto £35k DOE (Technical experience will pay more)

The Company

This company is focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters alike.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling motor claims, including repair, capture, intervention, Third party, and claims processed/involving the MOJ and OIC. The role requires experience in credit hire negotiation and the ability to analyse and evaluate complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures. In addition, the candidate must have excellent customer service skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise their workload.

Key Responsibilities of the Motor Claims Adjuster:

  • Handle claims from 'cradle to grave'
  • Provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers
  • Analyse and evaluate complex data
  • Make sound decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Handle motor claims, including repair, capture, intervention, 3rd party, property damage, and claims processed/involving the MOJ and OIC

Required knowledge and experience for the Motor Claims Adjuster role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with motor claims
  • Commercial or personal in the motor space
  • Credit hire negotiation
  • Ability to deal with delegated authority and client philosophies
  • Industry qualification preferred but not essential
