Your future job We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to promote and sell Unilin modular, wood, and IVC HV sheet flooring products to end users and customers within the new build housing and reactive commercial sectors. Covering East Anglia and South East postcodes, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure national specifications are upheld at a regional level. You will be responsible for developing new business with regional builders, building strong relationships with contractors and designers, and driving growth across your territory. Identify and target new prospects within the new build and commercial sectors
Log customer interactions and project opportunities using the CRM system (C4C)
Submit case studies of recently completed installations to support marketing and sales efforts
Provide monthly reports detailing territory activity and sales development
Collaborate effectively with internal and external Unilin teams to track live project opportunities
Work cross-functionally across departments to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain accurate and timely data in C4C to support customer engagement and planning
Use the price matrix to maintain ASP consistency across accounts
Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term customer relationships

Proven experience in the flooring industry
Strong understanding of the route to market for flooring products
Target-focused with a track record of achieving sales goals
Flexible and open to change in a dynamic work environment
A formal qualification such as a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
