As a Sales Account Executive, you will play an important role in driving the business forward. Your main responsibilities will include managing existing customer accounts while actively looking for new business opportunities. The prime purpose is to manage in a timely and effective manner all existing accounts and to develop positive relationships, while maintaining a clear understanding of the client’s business needs.
To be responsible for maintaining ongoing contact with existing customers to ensure that they are fully satisfied with the client’s service.
Manage a portfolio of key accounts and nurturing long-term partnerships
To effectively manage both existing and potential new client base to ensure that order intake is in accordance with the network key performance indicators.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Run quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
Experience of using a CRM or similar tool
