We are looking for a motivated and experienced National Account Manager (NAM) to join our team. The role will be based at our brewery in London’s New Covent Garden Market in Vauxhall. As our first NAM you will be responsible for securing, managing and growing relationships with national accounts. YOUR ROLE

Business Development:

  • Drive the expansion of MOMO Kombucha across national chains by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations with national accounts, ensuring favourable terms for MOMO Kombucha while building long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing initiatives that resonate with each account’s customer base.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise brand presence.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and address any issues.
  • Manage pricing, trade spend, and promotional budgets to achieve profitable growth.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations for account strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market opportunities to the founder.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to national accounts.
  • Partner with the finance team to manage account profitability and ensure alignment with company goals.

As a rapidly growing business everyone at MOMO needs to be ready to get stuck into other areas of the business outside their core focus. This could be supporting our production team with the making and packaging of our kombucha, packing boxes or writing Christmas cards. They aren’t always the most glamorous tasks but everyone from the founders down gets stuck in.

And we’re looking for someone who has:

 

  • Proven track record of successfully securing and growing relationships with national accounts.
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales in FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for MOMO Kombucha, the Food & Drink industry & Health & Wellness.
  • Positivity with a do-it-now attitude.

2. Initial first round video interviews with Founder before 13 th September.

3. Successful applicants will be asked to complete a task remotely, approx. 1 hr.

4. Candidates who pass this round will be invited for an interview and an in-person task, before 27 th September.

5. If necessary, we may require a final interview with one of our advisers.

6. Aiming to make an offer before the end of September.
