Self-Employed High-Net-Worth Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities: Offer whole-of-market mortgage advice to high-net-worth clients, tailoring solutions for complex financial needs. Cultivate relationships with existing and new private clients, ensuring top-tier service at all stages Manage and expand a network of introducers, adding value to the business and helping build a strong pipeline. Provide guidance on a wide range of mortgage products, including specialist, complex, and high-value cases. Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth case progression and seamless client experience. The Self-Employed High-Net-Worth Mortgage Broker Package: 60% on self-generated business 40% on provided leads, increasing to 50% upon reaching a set billing threshold Self-generation commission also increases to 70% with established billing milestones.
