We are seeking a Pharma Business Development Director responsible for driving business growth within the pharmaceutical HVAC sector.
Your primary focus will be on expanding the company’s market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

In addition to managing commercial engagements, ensuring smooth handover for manufacturing, and identifying and harnessing opportunities for business development within these key accounts.

Deliver presentations to potential clients including but not limited to end users, architects, consultants, contractors, quantity surveyors etc. showcasing the company’s HVAC solutions.
Understand the business needs and challenges of key accounts and position our offerings in a way that addresses those needs.

Commercial Management:
Oversee all commercial aspects of account management, from initial engagement, proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
Business Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Development Plan aligned with the company’s strategy and targets.
Identify new opportunities with both prospective and existing accounts, and act on potential sales including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to develop strategies to expand our footprint within the key account.
Ensure consistent revenue growth within developed accounts by fostering deeper partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in building services, engineering, or pharmaceutical sector related discipline.
~5+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical sector
~ Commercial qualification is an advantage.
~ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in key account management.
~ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
~ Business Development, Key Account Management, and associated challenges.
An understanding of technical needs of pharmaceutical industry specifically related to HVAC.
Commercial aspects of proposal development through to contract negotiation.
Understand of up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
Current understanding of market trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
