Assistant F&B Manager

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Assistant Manager will support the successful running of the whole Food & Beverage offering within the hotel.

Assist the F&B Manager in leading the F&B department and executing strategies to achieve goals.
Set targets for the F&B team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times
Assist in the overall running of the hotel during duty manager shifts. This includes assuming full responsibility in the absence of General Manager.
To have a full understanding of the hotels’ fire procedures to ensure safety of all staff and guests at all times.
Other duties as per the duty manager checklist.
To take ownership of any complaints received while on duty
Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
