About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing research and data firm, strongly backed and poised for significant expansion. They are dedicated to delivering in-depth insights and unique data products to the financial sector, focusing on the buy side and capital markets.Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our global sales team and drive substantial growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with robust experience in managing subscription sales processes within capital markets. This role will report directly to the CEO, be part of the senior management team, and is central to the company's aggressive growth strategy.Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Manage and scale a global sales team of 10+, fostering a culture of success and goal achievement.Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders across the financial sector.Analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maximise market penetration.Lead from the front, providing coaching and mentorship to sales team members to elevate their skills and performance.Required Qualifications:Proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in subscription-based sales within the financial sector.Extensive knowledge and network in the buy side and capital markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.Preferred Skills:Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on personal and professional growth of team members.Travel: This position requires some global travel to meet with team members and key clients.Work in a dynamic environment that fosters professional growth and development.
