From our dedicated, purpose-built facility located on our own 10-acre site, we develop, engineer and manufacture, patent protected, market leading, products through our in-house R&D and design teams. By utilising our in-house laboratories, expertise, and workshop capabilities, Siltbuster solutions are proven, cost-effective, compliant, and environmentally beneficial. Our projects, fleet services and remote field engineering teams, ensure complete customer satisfaction whether an individual rental unit or a complete, permanent, turnkey solution.

About You

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the water-environmental sector, with practical and positive outlook. Knowledge of wastewater treatment is preferable, however, what matters most is your proven experience in sales management, preferably within the technical or Engineering sectors, and excellent skills identifying, developing and closing technical sales opportunities.

You will have a strong commercial acumen and understanding of the sales lifecycle from conception to delivery. You will also have a demonstrated ability to manage and grow large accounts, with a focus on long-term client relationships & key account management.

Willingness and ability to travel (across the UK) to support major accounts and your team sales activities is central.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Proven knowledge of principles and methods for driving profitable growth in a rental sales orientated business.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical sales
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding planning and organising skills, with the ability to ensure efficient and effective daily time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent analysis, data interpretation and technical, skills to identify project / client needs
  • A basic understanding the key elements associated with Wastewater treatment and applicable design standards is preferential
  • Competent in the use of Office 365 notably Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Full UK driving licence preferential
