We're looking for a positive and friendly individual to join our busy Food & Beverage Team, working in our Brasserie Restaurant & Bar and Meeting & Events spaces. Our Food & Beverage Team is at the heart of our business and as our new Food & Beverage Assistant you'll be providing excellent levels of service and a good knowledge of food and drink to our guests in our Brasserie and Meeting and Events spaces. What you'll be doing as our Food and Beverage Assistant? • Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests, recognising and acknowledging them and using their name during interactions. • Learning and building knowledge of our food, drinks and other products and services. • Helping our customers to enjoy their experience by using your knowledge and passion of our products to deliver excellent service levels • Being proactive in up selling all aspects of the department. • Maintaining work areas and equipment ensuring they are kept functional and orderly at all times and meet all hygiene and health & safety regulations. • Working well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service and high team morale. • Attending training & completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development Please note: there is no staff car parking on site at the hotel, but plenty of secure space to store bicycles and with great access to local bus and train services In line with the requirements of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
