Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Vacancy Location: Shifts: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Property Support Hub

• Receive and make calls to our services and contractors to ensure all maintenance activity is completed promptly and to a high standard.
• Ensure the statutory compliance database is maintained up to date and matters arising are addressed proactively.
• Allocate responsibilities on receipt of Fire Risk Assessments
• Hold regular calls with services to encourage a planned approach to the completion of tasks.
• General administrative responsibilities, including the provision of information and reporting to support the Facility Management Team.
• Provide both planned and ad-hoc reporting, including exception reports.

Have the highest integrity when dealing with personal data and queries.
• Observe our policies and support others to do the same.
• Complete training and create a plan to continue to improve your knowledge and skills.
• Adopt a flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Always conduct yourself professionally, in line with our policies and procedures which supports the reputation and growth of ivolve.
