We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial Power Markets Scenarios Specialist to join a growing Customer Success team. Support leading developers, utilities and funds to integrate software products into their decision-making processes
Guide customers on the usage of the software suite to construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view.
Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using power market knowledge and data analysis skills
Champion product use cases and implement strategies to engage with software accounts
Onboard new accounts to become proficient users of software products
Monitor, track and report on the health of software accounts in the region, taking steps to effectively anticipate and solve incidents before escalation

Experience at a major consulting or tech firm, energy company, financial services company, or other knowledge-driven firm or institution
Excellent process management skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally in order to drive new complex initiatives, with experience in leading and delivering time-critical projects
Sound ability to analyse, interpret and derive insights from complex quantitative data and information
