Role: Regional Clinical Services Manager Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £56,000 per annum, depending on experience Location: Remote with regional travel (South East Coast of England - (within 1 hour of Brighton)) iO Associates are partnering with a leading provider of advanced diagnostic imaging solutions who are looking for a Regional Clinical Services Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. You'll play a key role in supporting and leading clinical teams, ensuring services are safe, efficient, and fully compliant with regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop clinical teams to achieve high performance Identify opportunities to improve patient care and overall service delivery Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to strengthen services and support partnerships Ensure all services are safe, compliant, and meet regulatory standards (CQC, IRMER/IRR) Oversee day-to-day service operations, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource management Build and maintain strong customer relationships Skills: Clinical background in Radiography or Radiology Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a healthcare setting with leadership responsibilities Strong communication and relationship management skills Experience with clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks preferred Familiar with running services efficiently, including scheduling and budget awareness Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and travelling regularly to customer sites Ready for a change in the New Year?
